Comprehensive multi-factor stock scoring model
Company analyzed
The Alpha Score is a 0–100 composite indicator that evaluates companies across six pillars: valuation (multiples vs. peers and intrinsic value vs. price), profitability & quality, growth, financial strength, risk & accounting and market sentiment. It is designed to give you a fast, clean view of a stock's fundamentals in a single number.
The model is rules-based and peer-aware: every metric is scored by where it sits among the company's own industry or sector peers (percentiles that Alpha Finance recomputes every month from the S&P 500 and the 1,000 largest US companies), blended with an absolute sanity scale. A retailer is judged against retailers and a software company against software. Banks, insurers and REITs use their own set of metrics, the Rule of 40 applies only to technology, and when a metric is missing its weight is shared within the pillar instead of penalizing the company. ROIC vs WACC, Altman Z, Beneish M and Piotroski F keep their absolute thresholds.
